It is distinctly dry with a zesty acidity that makes it incredibly refreshing. The palate follows the nose with flavors of fresh pear and lemon, finishing with a hint of bitter almond (a classic Italian white wine trait).
Unlike the sometimes "watery" industrial Pinot Grigios, this organic version from Abruzzo tends to have a bit more flavor concentration and ripeness
