Dark, impenetrable ruby red.
Explodes with sweet, ripe dark fruits—specifically blueberry, plum jam, and black cherry (amarena).
Extremely soft and round. Unlike the Montepulciano (which has some acidity), this wine is smoother with very low acidity and sweet, velvety tannins.
