Garoloup Danse Avec Les Loups has a light straw color with buttercup reflections. The aroma is dominated by nuances of white-fleshed fruits, peaches, citrus fruits with unobtrusive notes of vanilla. The taste is very lively and rich, with a long aftertaste.
Winery: The vineyards belong to the large wine company Vignobles Vellas. It is a family history that began in 1929, with the current owner's great-grandfather, Nicolas Vellas, in the heart of Occitanie. Domaine Garoloup is located in Sainte-Croix-de-Quintillargues and Clarets, where AOP Pic Saint-Loup and AOP Languedoc wines are produced. The grapes are grown in the continental climate of the Larzac foothills, which mixes with the Mediterranean, on clay-limestone and marl soils.
These soils, surrounded by limestone cliffs and with optimal exposure to sun and light winds, produce rich, concentrated wines with elegant notes of ripe fruit. The Garoloup line represents perfection at its finest.
