Cascina Chicco Bric Loira is an important and sumptuous wine, with an impenetrable and consistent ruby coat. The sense of smell expresses an enveloping, rich aroma with an accentuated note of red fruit and, in the background, vanilla and licorice. In the mouth it shows a full, powerful and well-structured flavor; surprising elegance, which caresses the mouth for a long time, recalling plum jam and dried grapes. On the table, it perfectly accompanies important dishes based on red and volatile meats; excellent also with medium or long matured cheeses.
