WINE TYPE: Red
2015 is an exceptional vintage, the wine has a beautiful dark garnet color. Generally, the robe of the wines of Libournais is deep ruby with purple reflections. The red and black fruits are very present with notes of wood and vanilla due to ageing more or less long in barrels. Roundness and power, these red wines have a seductive and full-bodied bouquet.
Culinary Recommendation: To serve 16 C - 18 C. Good match with aperitif, Grilled steak, meat in sauce, game, grilled salmon and large fries.
