Domaine Galtier is located 15 km north of Béziers, in the municipality of Murviel les Béziers. It has been a wine estate since 1760, as the buildings attest. A dovecote, in the shape of a square tower, a bread oven, a well make it possible to understand the agricultural life of this period. The terroir is classified as AOC Saint-Chinian and AOC Languedoc. The estate produces red, rosé and white wines. The estate works on its terroir in sustainable agriculture. Walks from June, jazz in July, moments to share with the winegrower.

Opening on vanilla and almond notes, followed by a floral and plum weft.

Ageing potential: 4 years

Typical nose, smoky and garrigue on a background of stone fruit. The mouth is expressive, round, fleshy on a finish of black olives.

Age of the vine: 15 - 25 years

Ageing potential: 8 years

Culinary Recommendation: To serve at 14 C - 16 C. Good match with White meat, Cheese
