Appellation: Gaillac is situated in South West France, just north of Toulouse. It is a small but lively market town on the banks of Tarn River

Estate: Owners Jean-Marc Balaran and his daughter Aurelie produce both modern and traditional wines. The family owns 2 estates in the area: Domaine d’Escausses in Sainte-Croix and Chateau L’Enclos des Roses in Cahuzac-sur-Vere. Both estates follow sustainable agriculture regulations.
