Appellation: Lubéron is in a mountainous region of Rhône Valley. Despite it being surrounded by mountains, the mediterranean climate and rocky soil aid vineyards to grow properly. Wines from Lubéron have very intense aromas.

Estate: La Garelle Domain is situated at the base of Lubéron Mountains near East Avignon. With the special cellar created in 1995 by Robert Vlasman, the 25-hectare estate has been run by Alain Audet since 2008, a farming engineer who maintains a “same-quality policy” throughout his estate.

Rich garnet with purple reflects.
The nose is aromatic and intense with fruity aromas like blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry (black fruits), cherry and hints of spice such as pepper.
The initial attack is fruity and smooth with beautiful round and light tannins that cover your mouth. The final note expresses dark berries and spices that compliment the mature tannins. Overall, an exquisite wine that combines freshness, fruitiness and finesse.
Wine service temperature : 16°. Maturity : ready to drink, up to 4 years cellaring.
