Vouchers & Benefits

Is there member pricing ?

We focus on high-value vouchers (one per order) that applicable even with our promotional offers so there is no standing member discount.

When do my vouchers expire ?

Your vouchers expire 12 months from your signup date.

How do I redeem my birthday bottle ?

Enter your birthday code at checkout during your birthday month; it ships free with your order.

When can I use my birthday benefit or discount ?

The birthday discount can be used 30 days before or on your birthday date.

Where can I view my membership benefits and discounts ?

You can view your current benefits by accessing **My Accounts → Membership card Tab**, and your current discounts via **My Accounts → My Discounts Tab.**

How do I redeem the vouchers at checkout ?

As a member you will see a list of vouchers you can use for your current purchase

How do I redeem the exclusive WALA Wine Connect dispenser discount ?

The dispenser discount is applied automatically at checkout when you purchase a 2 bottles WALA Wine Connect or 4 bottles WALA Wine Connect Pro Dispenser. This exclusive rate is available for all members starting from the Wine Explorer Tier.

Membership Management & Policy

Do you auto-renew ?

No auto-renew as we believe customers should only revnew when they are happy with the membership they signed up and we are very sure you will be like hundreds of our existing members; and there is no membership refund available after signup.

Can I share my membership ?

Membership is tied to your unique phone & email and cannot be shared.

Can I change my email/phone ?

Yes—simply contact support at 92280886 or email our membership team at angela@walaclub.sg and we’ll update it for you.

Can I upgrade my membership tier at any time ?

Yes! You can easily upgrade via the My Accounts page. We will simply charge you the new membership fee, and your new 12-month membership period will begin immediately and your old vouchers will still be usable by you and expire at the new 12-month membership period.

Delivery & Events

What does priority delivery mean ?

You have options for us to ship the same day (for orders placed before the cut-off time).

Are the complimentary Masterclass and tasting event tickets transferable ?

No the event tickets are meant for you to attend and only one ticket is redeemable per event but we will have special offers for your spouse, friend, family member, or colleague to come along.

What information is required during checkout ?

You need to provide mandatory information such as your **address, phone number, and birthday.**

What payment options do you support ?

We support all major payment modes when you select Stripe payment including Amex, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Stripe, PayPal, Tencent Pay, Visa and many other payment modes.  We also support Paypal and Paynow

What happens after my membership subscription is successful?

You will receive a **Welcome email** or a successful message right on the system.

What exactly does 'Guaranteed Allocation' for the Wine Connoisseur tier cover?

It means you are guaranteed the right to purchase our most exclusive and limited-production wines (such as Futures, En Primeur, or single-barrel releases) before they are offered to the general public or lower tiers. This secures your collection's rarest bottles.

Do you have a physical store?

We are NOT only an online-only platform as we stored thousands of bottles of various vintages including 1855 French Classified growth of wine for last minute customers, and you can visit us at our own building located at https://www.walaclub.sg/contacts at the operating hours indicated.

Please let us know early so we can ensure you have a FREE parking lot when you visit and our staff can expect you to better serve you.
